Login Page
Here you will need to enter your username (this will be your email address) and password. If you cannot remember your login details or are not registered to use the website you can request this information from Zyro via links or their customer services centre.
Homepage
On entering the homepage you will be presented with two ways to navigate around the site as well as a variety of products ranging from new to currently featured products; Links to your 'My Account' area and how to contact Zyro.
Product Navigation
There are a variety of ways to find a desired product:
- You can use the search function where you can enter a products name or code.
- Use the navigation on the left hand side where you can select a products category and sub category.
- Use the navigation across the top of the page where you can choose to look at all the products on the site; a copy of the catalogue; or view all the brands available.
Following each of these routes to a particular product will take you through to the relevant products detail page. Here you will be able to view all the details for the product including:
- Product Name
- Product Code
- Brand Image
- Description
- SRP price in both Euros and Sterling In relevant currency on .
- Image alternatives thumbnails
- Size select box
- Colour select box
- Stock Status including the Quick Stock Panel
- Zoom Image function
- Full specification - The full product specification will be displayed.
Placing an order
At any time throughout the site if you wish buy a specific product you can do this by selecting a products colour first then the size as well as the quantity you would like to purchase and clicking the 'Add to Basket' button.
Alternatively if you know the products you require you can quickly place an order using our 'Quick Order' function. This will allow you to enter a products code (or partial code) and a list of matching products will be displayed. On selecting the product you require you will be displayed with the details of the product once you have selected the correct size and colour you can add the product to your basket before moving onto entering the next product code.
Basket
At any point on the site you will be able to view a summary of the items in your basket displayed at the top of the page. Initially this will just show the number of items and value and on clicking the 'basket/checkout' button you will be able to view the full contents including the detail. The basket detail page will show you a list of the products you have added along with if the product is in stock; the quantity ordered; its unit price and the basket line sub price. You will also be shown the orders relevant sub totals.
If you have a regular ordering pattern you can choose to go straight to the basket page and either merge a saved basket or upload a csv or xml file straight into your basket.
Checkout
Once you are happy you have all the products you need in your basket you can place your order by clicking the checkout button. This will then take you through a series of steps where you will be asked to choose a delivery address followed by a confirmation of your order. Once you have successfully placed an order you will be shown a confirmation page including a web reference number you can retain.
My Account
Within the 'My Account' area you will be able to view the following items:
- Account Details
Showing your Account Name & number
- Account Manger Details
Showing your Account Managers name; email address and contact number
- Order History
Showing you a list of your latest orders (both completed and in progress). You will be able to filter through each of the orders and the relevant details of each order.
- Subscriptions
Here you can choose to subscribe to a variety of reports (e.g. Back Order Reports).
- Account Documents
Here you will be able to generate certain account documents as PDF's. For example you can generate an up to date account statement or download a price list.
- Favourite Products
A list of your most frequently ordered products will appear as a list here. This will be taken from orders made within the last three months or the last 25 orders whichever is greater.
- Order Pad
Here you will be able to input a products code and a list will be dynamically produced shrinking as you enter more of a products code. Once you have chosen your product you will be presented with the products information and the option to select the appropriate colour and size before adding it to your basket.
Reviews
The reviews section contains a variety of product & brand reviews. The reviews are a mixture of local press feature articles and articles written by Zyro.
Email when in Stock
If you require a product that is currently out of stock you will be able to request an email from Zyro to alert you when the product is available.
Request a Catalogue
If you would like to request a copy of Zyro 's latest catalogue you can click on the 'request a catalogue link, enter your email address and a catalogue will be sent out to you.
Instruction Manuals
If you would like to view an instruction manual for a particular product you can navigate to the 'Instruction Manuals page' via the home tab where you can navigate to the product via the products brand.
Contact Us
If at any time you would wish to contact Zyro you can submit a contact form along with your query. You can then choose for this to be sent to one of a number of different customer support teams within Zyro.
