If you want to ride wet roots with confidence, this is the tyre to buy. The grip is so impressive you could even argue it takes some of the fun out of a wet winter ride. The sticky rubber compound and aggressive tread allow it to hold when other tyres flounder, mud-shedding is excellent, and the narrow 2.1in profile offers plenty of frame clearance.
