Cateye has updated its Micro Wireless computer to make it slimmer, simpler and more convenient to use. Both the sensor and the display units have been put on a diet, and are leaner and better looking for it. Simplicity has been added thanks to a bar/stem mount that turns the display into a mode selector.
Instead of having to find and push the right button, you simply press the bottom portion of the display and it clicks through to the next function. Greater convenience comes by way of a screen that can be customised to show your choice of three of the computer's nine functions (current, average and max speed; total distance, and two trip meters - trip time, clock and stockwatch.
Verdict - Slim, smart looking and displays your choice of data.
